Banana Chocolate Cake with Ganache
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teacup milk
- 1 teacup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
Base
- Bananas (sliced, quantity as needed)
Topping
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 g chocolate
Preparation
First, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for 3 minutes.
Add all the ingredients in order and beat again.
Grease a square cake pan and arrange sliced banana pieces on it.
Pour the prepared cake batter over the bananas and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let the cake cool.
For the topping, heat the cream in a pan until it reaches boiling point, remove from heat, add broken chocolate pieces, and stir until melted.
Once the cream mixture cools, spread it over the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Before serving, remove from the fridge, slice, and serve.
