Chocolate Cake with Guava Topping
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups oat flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons demerara sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon baking powder
- 3 heaping tablespoons melted butter
- 200 grams heavy cream
- 80 ml milk
Preparation
Mix all the liquid ingredients together
Add the cocoa powder, demerara sugar, oat flour, and baking powder, and mix until well combined
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 30 minutes
Tips
Top with melted guava paste (goiabada) after baking for a traditional Brazilian finish
