Crispy Pizza
Ingredients
- 210 g chickpea flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Preparation
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 300 F
After 10 minutes, use a spoon to split the dough into two parts and spread it out on to parchment papers. The dough is supposed to be loose, so don't add more flour
