Crispy Pizza

Ingredients

  • 210 g chickpea flour
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 300 F

  2. After 10 minutes, use a spoon to split the dough into two parts and spread it out on to parchment papers. The dough is supposed to be loose, so don't add more flour
