Easy Vegan Garlic Bubble Bread
Ingredients
Dough
- 420g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 20g fresh yeast
- 240ml warm water
- 50g vegan butter
Filling
- 150g vegan butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Soy cream
- Vegan cheese
Preparation
Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water and sugar mixture, ensuring it is not too hot, and set aside to activate until frothy.
Combine the activated yeast mixture with flour, vegan butter, and salt in a stand mixer with a hook attachment and knead for 5 minutes.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into small portions and shape into buns.
Combine all ingredients for the filling and fill each bun with approximately 1 teaspoon of the mixture.
Brush the filled buns with soy cream and sprinkle with vegan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
