Five-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie for One
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum free)
- 4 tablespoons vegan milk, I used soy
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix the almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, vegan milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
Add chocolate chips and stir to combine
Place the mixture in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 20 minutes
