Five Ingredient Paleo Gluten Free Pancake Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake mix (I used @birchbenders paleo mix)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
Preparation
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Grease a mini muffin tin.
Add batter to each cup.
Add in optional sprinkles or mini chocolate chips.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Let cool and remove.
Reheat in the morning and add a little butter and maple syrup.
