Gluten-Free Buckwheat Almond Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Cinnamon (optional)
- 1 egg and 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
Preparation
Beat all the dry ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients and mix well until no lumps remain.
Pour the mixture into a hot waffle iron greased with coconut oil and cook.
Tips
If you do not have a waffle iron, make them as pancakes in a skillet.
The flours can be replaced with others you have available.
