Fragrant Almond Raspberry Cake with High Protein

Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 250g ground almonds
  • 150g Xylitol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • raspberries

Preparation

  1. Beat the butter and Xylitol.

  2. Add eggs.

  3. Add vanilla.

  4. Mix almond and baking powder together then fold in.

  5. Spread in lined tin then bake at 160 for 30/40 minutes.

  6. It really hits the spot when carb cravings are high.
