Fragrant Almond Raspberry Cake with High Protein
Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 250g ground almonds
- 150g Xylitol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- raspberries
Preparation
Beat the butter and Xylitol.
Add eggs.
Add vanilla.
Mix almond and baking powder together then fold in.
Spread in lined tin then bake at 160 for 30/40 minutes.
It really hits the spot when carb cravings are high.
