Tahini Brownies with Coconut Flour and Cacao

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper

  2. Whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in tahini. Once combined, mix in coconut flour and cacao powder

  3. Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Add to tahini mixture and mix well. Pour mixture into baking pan. If desired, sprinkle 1/4 cup more chocolate chips in the batter

  4. Bake for 28-32 minutes. Let cool, cut and enjoy!
