Frozen Yogurt Bars
Ingredients
CRUST
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 3 tbsp. almond milk
FILLING
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
TOPPING
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
In two separate bowls, stir together the ingredients for the crust and filling.
Place parchment paper in a small bowl (slightly bigger than a cereal bowl).
Layer the ingredients in the bowl: crust, filling, and melted chocolate.
Freeze the bowl overnight.
Before enjoying, thaw the frozen yogurt bars in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
