Frozen Yogurt Bars

Ingredients

CRUST

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. almond milk

FILLING

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

TOPPING

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. In two separate bowls, stir together the ingredients for the crust and filling.

  2. Place parchment paper in a small bowl (slightly bigger than a cereal bowl).

  3. Layer the ingredients in the bowl: crust, filling, and melted chocolate.

  4. Freeze the bowl overnight.

  5. Before enjoying, thaw the frozen yogurt bars in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
