Healthy Sweetpotato Brownies
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup coconut sugar
- 0.5 cup sweet potato
- 0.5 cup coconut flour
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 0.5 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- frosting
- 100g vegan chocolate
- 4 tbsp coconut cream .
Preparation
HOW TO
Start with cutting a sweet potato into cubes. Boil until softens.
Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor.
Pour the batter into a mold.
Heat in the oven for 25 minutes (175 degrees)
Melt 100g vegan chocolate and add the coconut cream.
Pour over the cake and refridgerate for 1 hour.
