Single Serve Chocolate Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g (2/3 cup or 2 oz) oats (gf if required)
  • 2 tbsp any yoghurt (I use plain soya)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (gf if required)
  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  • Splash lemon juice
  • 5 slices banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp chocolate spread
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F/gas 6.

  2. Put boiling water and oats in a container, stir, and leave for 2 minutes to thicken.

  3. Stir in all of the other ingredients.

  4. Pour mixture into a small oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment or paper.

  5. Bake for around 30 minutes until crisp on top and soft in the middle, or air fry for 15-20 minutes.
