Single Serve Chocolate Banana Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 60g (2/3 cup or 2 oz) oats (gf if required)
- 2 tbsp any yoghurt (I use plain soya)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (gf if required)
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- Splash lemon juice
- 5 slices banana, mashed
- 1 tsp chocolate spread
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F/gas 6.
Put boiling water and oats in a container, stir, and leave for 2 minutes to thicken.
Stir in all of the other ingredients.
Pour mixture into a small oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment or paper.
Bake for around 30 minutes until crisp on top and soft in the middle, or air fry for 15-20 minutes.
