Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of flour (leveled with the back of your knife)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups pure cane sugar
  • 5oz of melted butter
  • 3 tbsp aquafaba = 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. In a heated pan, add in butter and turn off heat until part of the butter melted. Let cool a little and add aquafaba and vanilla extract, mix until well combined

  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together, add wet ingredients in and mix well until a dough forms, fold in however many chocolate chips your ? tells you. Preheat oven to 370F and lay a parchment paper on a baking sheet

  3. Roll your dough into balls (made golf ball size) and bake at 370F for 10-12 mins, let cool for 5 mins then transfer to cooling rack to let it set completely. Enjoy
