Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of flour (leveled with the back of your knife)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/4 cups pure cane sugar
- 5oz of melted butter
- 3 tbsp aquafaba = 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
In a heated pan, add in butter and turn off heat until part of the butter melted. Let cool a little and add aquafaba and vanilla extract, mix until well combined
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together, add wet ingredients in and mix well until a dough forms, fold in however many chocolate chips your ? tells you. Preheat oven to 370F and lay a parchment paper on a baking sheet
Roll your dough into balls (made golf ball size) and bake at 370F for 10-12 mins, let cool for 5 mins then transfer to cooling rack to let it set completely. Enjoy
