Spicy Barbecue Salmon with Asparagus and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sriracha
- asparagus
- sweet potatoes
- olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup BBQ sauce with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sriracha, adjusting sriracha based on desired spiciness.
Pour two-thirds of the mixture over the salmon.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Broil for 1-2 minutes.
Add the remaining mixture to the salmon.
For asparagus: Brush with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.
For sweet potatoes: Brush with olive oil and cook on a grill skillet.
