Salmon with Garlic and Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon (half sliced, half juiced)
- Handful fresh dill
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Puy lentils
- Broccoli
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200C or fan 180C.
Season the salmon fillets and place lemon slices and some dill on top.
Pan fry for 2 minutes to crisp the skin, then place in the oven for 8 minutes.
In the meantime, make the sauce by whisking the hummus, garlic, dill and lemon juice together.
Cook the broccoli and puy lentils.
Plate everything up and drizzle the sauce on top.
