Salmon with Garlic and Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon (half sliced, half juiced)
  • Handful fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Puy lentils
  • Broccoli

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C or fan 180C.

  2. Season the salmon fillets and place lemon slices and some dill on top.

  3. Pan fry for 2 minutes to crisp the skin, then place in the oven for 8 minutes.

  4. In the meantime, make the sauce by whisking the hummus, garlic, dill and lemon juice together.

  5. Cook the broccoli and puy lentils.

  6. Plate everything up and drizzle the sauce on top.
