Baked Salmon with Butter and Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Anchor Butter OR a disc of Herby Garlic Butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • foil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or air fryer to 180°C

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and ground black pepper

  3. Mix the butter with honey or use a disc of Herby Garlic Butter

  4. Squeeze juice from half a lemon over the salmon

  5. Wrap the salmon in foil or place in a baking dish

  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until cooked through
