Baked Salmon with Butter and Honey
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- Anchor Butter OR a disc of Herby Garlic Butter
- 2 tsp honey
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 a lemon
- foil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C or air fryer to 180°C
Season the salmon fillets with salt and ground black pepper
Mix the butter with honey or use a disc of Herby Garlic Butter
Squeeze juice from half a lemon over the salmon
Wrap the salmon in foil or place in a baking dish
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until cooked through
