Baked Dory in Foil
Ingredients
- 300-400 grams dory fish fillet
- Lemon
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Olive oil as needed
- Fresh or dried parsley
Preparation
Wash the fish clean, rub with lemon juice, let it sit for 15 minutes, then wash again and drain.
Mix the seasonings together, season the fish, sprinkle with parsley, add lemon slices on top, and wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake until cooked, then open the top of the foil and bake again briefly until browned, using top heat.
Serve warm with vegetables.
