Sweet Potato Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup fully cooked sweet potato (mashed and peeled)
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup gf oat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the egg.
For the sweet potato, bake it at 425°F for 50 minutes the night before or microwave it if short on time.
Add in the sweet potato and all of the other ingredients and mix together well.
Press into a dough in the bowl.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Make 2 mini pizzas or 1 regular pizza.
Line a pizza pan or a regular pan with parchment paper and place the dough on it, flattening out to about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Remove, flip, and bake for 10 more minutes.
Remove and add toppings, then bake for 5-10 more minutes.
