Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup blond sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup mapple syrup
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp plant-based milk
- 1 handful chocolate chips
- 1 handful salted peanuts
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C or 356°F.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine the mixtures and mix in one bowl.
Add the chocolate chips and peanuts, and mix one last time.
On a baking tray, form 9 balls and flatten them slightly.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before eating.
