Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup blond sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup mapple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp plant-based milk
  • 1 handful chocolate chips
  • 1 handful salted peanuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C or 356°F.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.

  4. Combine the mixtures and mix in one bowl.

  5. Add the chocolate chips and peanuts, and mix one last time.

  6. On a baking tray, form 9 balls and flatten them slightly.

  7. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.

  8. Remove from oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before eating.
