Vegan Sweet Potato Fondants
Ingredients
- 320g sweet potato puree
- 100g tahini
- 100g white almond butter
- 100g soy yogurt
- 75g sugar
- 50g cornstarch
- 0.5g baking soda
- 1g salt
- 1 tonka bean
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a blender, blend all ingredients except the tonka bean.
Grate the tonka bean into the mixture.
If using metal baking molds, make sure to grease them well.
Transfer the mixture to the molds and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool completely before eating the fondants.

These fondants are super soft, not too sweet, and delicious. You must try them!
