Bean Free Raw Hummus with Zucchini and Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced zucchini, peeled
- 1/3 cup raw tahini
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of Himalayan sea salt, or to taste
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
Serve chilled with your favorite veggies.
