Homemade Bean Free Raw Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced zucchini, peeled
  • 1/3 cup raw tahini
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Pinch of Himalayan sea salt, or to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Serve chilled with your favorite veggies.
