Creamiest Bowl of Hummus
Ingredients
- 1x can of chickpeas (reserve the aquafaba - the can’s liquid)
- 1x large garlic clove
- 3tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- olive oil as needed
Preparation
Deskin the chickpeas and blend with the other above ingredients, adding aquafaba and olive oil a little at a time to get to the consistency you prefer
Top with olive oil, cumin powder, sumac and chilli powder
Side note: I didn’t have tahini and on a tight budget this month so went without but use 2tbsp if you’re using it
