Creamiest Bowl of Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1x can of chickpeas (reserve the aquafaba - the can’s liquid)
  • 1x large garlic clove
  • 3tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • olive oil as needed

Preparation

  1. Deskin the chickpeas and blend with the other above ingredients, adding aquafaba and olive oil a little at a time to get to the consistency you prefer

  2. Top with olive oil, cumin powder, sumac and chilli powder

  3. Side note: I didn’t have tahini and on a tight budget this month so went without but use 2tbsp if you’re using it
