Dalgona Mocha Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50g Jumbo Porridge Oats
  • 230ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 35g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 5g Cacao Powder
  • 5g Maca Powder (optional)

Toppings

  • Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Choc Shot
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Cherry and Dark Chocolate Granola
  • Sliced Banana

Dalgona coffee

  • 1 tablespoon Azera Americano Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water

Preparation

  1. Combine the jumbo porridge oats, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla vegan protein powder, cacao powder, and optional maca powder in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.

  2. For the Dalgona coffee, mix the Azera Americano coffee, sweetener, and boiling water together. Whisk with an electric whisk for 2 minutes until creamy and frothy.

  3. Assemble the bowl: Place the cooked oat mixture in a bowl and top with Dalgona whipped coffee, vanilla yoghurt, choc shot, cacao nibs, cherry and dark chocolate granola, and sliced banana.
