Dalgona Mocha Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 50g Jumbo Porridge Oats
- 230ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 35g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 5g Cacao Powder
- 5g Maca Powder (optional)
Toppings
- Vanilla Yoghurt
- Choc Shot
- Cacao Nibs
- Cherry and Dark Chocolate Granola
- Sliced Banana
Dalgona coffee
- 1 tablespoon Azera Americano Coffee
- 1 tablespoon Sweetener
- 1 tablespoon boiling water
Preparation
Combine the jumbo porridge oats, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla vegan protein powder, cacao powder, and optional maca powder in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.
For the Dalgona coffee, mix the Azera Americano coffee, sweetener, and boiling water together. Whisk with an electric whisk for 2 minutes until creamy and frothy.
Assemble the bowl: Place the cooked oat mixture in a bowl and top with Dalgona whipped coffee, vanilla yoghurt, choc shot, cacao nibs, cherry and dark chocolate granola, and sliced banana.
