Blueberry and Vanilla Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g porridge oats
  • 30g vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 5g maca powder (optional)
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 40g blueberry almond milk yogurt
  • 15g smooth peanut butter
  • 10g liquid chocolate shot
  • 5g cacao nibs
  • 80g banana
  • Blueberries and blackberries

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats and almond milk in a pan for 3-4 minutes on a low heat.

  2. Stir in the protein powder and maca (optional) once off the heat.

  3. Top with all the other ingredients above.
