Molten Salted Date Peanut Butter and Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 55g ground Jumbo Rolled Oats
- 1 mashed banana
- 30g Choc and Nut Vegan Protein or 2 tsp Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp Maca Powder (optional)
- 120-150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (adjust based on protein use)
- 20g Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
- 15g Salted Date Peanut Butter
- 1 Dark Chocolate bar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan).
Mix the baked oats ingredients together except the peanut butter and chocolate.
Transfer two-thirds of the mixture into an ovenproof ramekin or bowl.
Spoon the peanut butter onto the top.
Cover with the remaining batter.
Top with the dark chocolate pieces.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
