Peanut Butter Caramelized Banana Chocolate Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g Jumbo Oats
  • 230ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 30g Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter Protein

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • Light Syrup
  • 15g Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Cacao & Coconut Popcorn
  • 10g Smooth Chocolate Drops

Preparation

  1. Rub a little light syrup on each banana slice top and bottom and caramelise both sides on a medium heat in a non-stick pan.

  2. Heat the oats with the almond milk for 3-4 minutes in a pan on medium heat, stirring to get them creamy. Off the heat, stir in the protein powder.

  3. Place the oats into a bowl and top with the caramelised banana, peanut butter, popcorn and chocolate drops.
