Peanut Butter Caramelized Banana Chocolate Oats
Ingredients
- 55g Jumbo Oats
- 230ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 30g Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter Protein
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- Light Syrup
- 15g Smooth Peanut Butter
- Cacao & Coconut Popcorn
- 10g Smooth Chocolate Drops
Preparation
Rub a little light syrup on each banana slice top and bottom and caramelise both sides on a medium heat in a non-stick pan.
Heat the oats with the almond milk for 3-4 minutes in a pan on medium heat, stirring to get them creamy. Off the heat, stir in the protein powder.
Place the oats into a bowl and top with the caramelised banana, peanut butter, popcorn and chocolate drops.
