Gingerbread Plums with Vanilla Oats
Ingredients
- 50g Jumbo Oats
- 30g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 5g Maca Powder
- 250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 15g Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter
- 10g Winter Spice Choc Shot
- 5g Cacao Nibs
- Toasted Almond Flakes
- 10g Gingerbread Syrup
- 2 small plums
Preparation
In a non-stick pan, cook the segmented plums on a medium heat with the gingerbread syrup. Add a few drops of water if they stick and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
At the same time, heat the oats, protein powder, maca powder and almond milk in a pan on a low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Top with the remaining ingredients.
