Gingerbread Plums with Vanilla Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g Jumbo Oats
  • 30g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 5g Maca Powder
  • 250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 15g Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter
  • 10g Winter Spice Choc Shot
  • 5g Cacao Nibs
  • Toasted Almond Flakes
  • 10g Gingerbread Syrup
  • 2 small plums

Preparation

  1. In a non-stick pan, cook the segmented plums on a medium heat with the gingerbread syrup. Add a few drops of water if they stick and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.

  2. At the same time, heat the oats, protein powder, maca powder and almond milk in a pan on a low heat for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Top with the remaining ingredients.
