Easy Creamy Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Add aquafaba, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender and puree for 1 minute.

  2. Scrape down the sides and add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Process for a few minutes until smooth.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, smoked paprika, and a pinch of cumin.

  1. Enjoy in a veggie wrap, on a sandwich, or on cold raw veggie pizza.
