Easy Creamy Homemade Hummus
Ingredients
- 15 oz canned chickpeas
- 1/4 cup aquafaba
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Add aquafaba, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender and puree for 1 minute.
Scrape down the sides and add the remaining ingredients.
Process for a few minutes until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, smoked paprika, and a pinch of cumin.
