Happy Hormone Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cooked and frozen broccoli florets
  • Frozen spinach to taste
  • 1/2 small frozen banana
  • Handful of frozen blackberries
  • A few frozen pineapple chunks
  • A few frozen coconut flesh chunks
  • Fresh mint leaves to taste
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tsp chia seeds or LSA
  • Hydrolyzed collagen (Banana Noway protein by ATP Science)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
