Happy Hormone Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cooked and frozen broccoli florets
- Frozen spinach to taste
- 1/2 small frozen banana
- Handful of frozen blackberries
- A few frozen pineapple chunks
- A few frozen coconut flesh chunks
- Fresh mint leaves to taste
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tsp chia seeds or LSA
- Hydrolyzed collagen (Banana Noway protein by ATP Science)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
