- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 handfuls frozen kale
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
- 1 packet matcha activate powder
- 1 scoop Botanica Health perfect protein
- 1 tsp rhodiola powder
- 1 package Spirulina freeze-dried
Toppings
- Salad topper mix
- Goji berries
- Hemp seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth
