Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 handfuls frozen kale
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
  • 1 packet matcha activate powder
  • 1 scoop Botanica Health perfect protein
  • 1 tsp rhodiola powder
  • 1 package Spirulina freeze-dried

Toppings

  • Salad topper mix
  • Goji berries
  • Hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth
