Homemade Banana-Coconut Ice Cream Topped with Matcha Mousse ??
Ingredients
- Ice cream part
- 1 fresh banana ?
- 165ml coconut cream
- 25g organic desiccated coconut
- 20g of stevia
- 3g vanilla bean paste
- Matcha mousse
- 5ml lime juice
- 4g matcha powder
- 25g stevia
- 1.5 avocado ?
Preparation
Ice cream part
Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Matcha mousse
Blend all together until smooth...once ice cream is ready put the mousse on and enjoy
