Matcha Coconut Fruit Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 can 100% coconut milk
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 12 cherries (I used frozen)
Preparation
Blend the coconut milk, matcha powder and maple syrup together with a whisk
Pour the liquid into the moulds until they are 1/4 full
Add in a layer of raspberries and use them all
Pour in a bit more liquid and then add 2 cherries per mould
Top with the remaining liquid then put on the lid and insert the sticks, ensuring they are straight for easier removal
Freeze for at least 5 hours
Tips
To get them out of the mould, run the outside under warm water for about 20 seconds
