Miso Ginger Edamame Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C shelled edamame
  • 1 tsp @artisana organics tahini
  • 1/4 C @misomaster white miso
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3-4 TBSP fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 TBSP sesame seeds
  • 1/4 C cilantro
  • 1 tsp @wholesomesweet agave

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy!

  2. Serve chilled with sliced veggies, or highly recommend these black sesame rice crackers from @wholefoods!
