Pantry Chickpea Dip with Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • juice from 1 large lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • scant 1/2 cup @ohmega_nutbutters tahini
  • 3/4 - 1 tsp salt
  • a few cracks of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, toasted
  • 3 - 4 TBSP avocado oil, plus more to garnish
  • sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except the sesame seeds into a Nutribullet with a small amount of water.

  2. Blend until a smooth paste forms, scraping down the sides of the canister as necessary to achieve an even texture.

  3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and drizzle with avocado oil before serving with nacho chips.
