Mothers Day Filled Chocolate Blender Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups chocolate
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Topping

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Place the eggs in a blender and blend

  2. Add the sugar, oil, and milk and blend

  3. Add the chocolate and gradually add the flour while blending

  4. Once ready, add the baking powder and blend just a little

  5. Pour into a greased and floured pan

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 230Β°C for 30 to 40 minutes

Filling

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk

  2. In a saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, butter, and the milk with cornstarch. Mix until a homogeneous cream forms and set aside

Topping

  1. In a saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Mix until it reaches a soft brigadeiro consistency or until it pulls away from the bottom of the pan. Add the heavy cream and mix well

Assembly

  1. Cut the cake in half, spread the filling, and close the cake

  2. Add the topping and decorate with chocolate sprinkles
