No-Bake Vegan Peanut Caramel Banana Cups

Ingredients

Brownie base

  • 230g white beans
  • 100g dates
  • 30g nut butter
  • 90g oat flour
  • 30g protein powder (optional)
  • 30g raw cacao
  • Plant milk as needed
  • Nut nougat flavedrops (optional)

Chocolate cups

  • 80-100g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Additional toppings

  • Peanut butter
  • Date syrup or other
  • Peanuts
  • Banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • Quinoa pops (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend the beans with the dates and nut butter in a food processor or good mixer. If needed, add some plant milk so everything is well combined. Don't use too much! Add the rest of the ingredients and form a dough with hands or a spoon.

  2. Melt the chocolate with the oil and spread it in some small silicon cups. Leave some chocolate for later. Put the cups in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate has cooled down.

  3. Press some brownie dough into the forms. Add about 1-2 teaspoons peanut butter on each cup. Put some date syrup, a pinch of salt, and peanuts on top.

  4. Slice the banana into flat pieces and put them on top. Cover everything with chocolate and sprinkle some quinoa pops on top.
