No-Bake Vegan Peanut Caramel Banana Cups
Ingredients
Brownie base
- 230g white beans
- 100g dates
- 30g nut butter
- 90g oat flour
- 30g protein powder (optional)
- 30g raw cacao
- Plant milk as needed
- Nut nougat flavedrops (optional)
Chocolate cups
- 80-100g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Additional toppings
- Peanut butter
- Date syrup or other
- Peanuts
- Banana
- Pinch of salt
- Quinoa pops (optional)
Preparation
Blend the beans with the dates and nut butter in a food processor or good mixer. If needed, add some plant milk so everything is well combined. Don't use too much! Add the rest of the ingredients and form a dough with hands or a spoon.
Melt the chocolate with the oil and spread it in some small silicon cups. Leave some chocolate for later. Put the cups in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate has cooled down.
Press some brownie dough into the forms. Add about 1-2 teaspoons peanut butter on each cup. Put some date syrup, a pinch of salt, and peanuts on top.
Slice the banana into flat pieces and put them on top. Cover everything with chocolate and sprinkle some quinoa pops on top.
