Pb and Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 dl oats
  • 1 dl almonds
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 7 dates
  • 0,5 dl water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • middle layer:
  • 1 dl coconut oil
  • 1 dl agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • top layer:
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • a pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and add on top of the harden caramel sauce

  2. Sprinkle some sea salt on the top and let everything harden in the freezer

  3. When you are ready to serve, let the bars be in the fridge for a little while and then the bars are ready to be cut it into pieces

  4. Enjoy
