White Bean Cookie Dough with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 140g dates
  • 50g nut butter (peanut)
  • pinch of salt
  • 40g protein powder
  • 300g white beans
  • 100g oat flour
  • 50-100 ml plant milk
  • 40g chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the beans, salt, dates, and nut butter in a food processor or good mixer.

  2. Add in the flour and protein powder and mix again.

  3. If needed, add some plant milk to achieve desired consistency.

  4. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Serve as desired and enjoy.
