Healthy Protein Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • 240g cooked, drained white beans
  • 30g nut butter
  • 50g dates
  • ~80g protein powder (can be replaced with tasteless flour like oat flour)
  • Cookie dough flavor drops
  • 30g dark chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 30g cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Puree the white beans with the dates and nut butter. If needed, add a splash of water.

  2. Add the protein powder and knead well. Sweeten with cookie dough flavor drops to taste.

  3. Knead in the dark chocolate chips and cacao nibs.

  4. Press the dough into a square form, chill, cut into pieces, and enjoy. Alternatively, form into balls.
