Healthy White Bean Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 200g cooked white beans
  • Approx. 40g coconut syrup or other sweetener
  • ~ 40g peanut butter or alternative
  • 50g flavorless flour (e.g., 30g ground oatmeal and 20g lupine flour)
  • 30g protein powder (e.g., peanut butter cookie flavor, or use more flour)
  • A few dark chocolate drops

Optional

  • Cookie dough flavor drops

Preparation

  1. Wash the white beans well and blend them until creamy.

  2. Mix well with all other ingredients.

  3. Form small balls out of the mixture or process them further.
