Cookie Dough Peanut Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients

  • 200g cooked white beans
  • Approximately 40g coconut syrup or other
  • Approximately 40g peanut butter or other
  • 50g flavorless flour (e.g., 30g ground oatmeal and 20g lupine flour)
  • 30g protein powder (e.g., peanut butter cookie flavor or alternatively more flour)
  • A few dark chocolate drops
  • Optional cookie dough flavor drops
  • Ice cream of your choice
  • 80g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Wash the white beans well and blend them until creamy. Then mix well with all other ingredients.

  2. Press the mixture into a square form lined with baking paper and press an ice cream of your choice on top. Place in the freezer while melting approximately 80g dark chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.

  3. Spread the melted chocolate over the ice cream and put in the freezer for about an hour. Then remove from the form, cut, and enjoy.
