Cookie Dough Peanut Ice Cream Bars
Ingredients
- 200g cooked white beans
- Approximately 40g coconut syrup or other
- Approximately 40g peanut butter or other
- 50g flavorless flour (e.g., 30g ground oatmeal and 20g lupine flour)
- 30g protein powder (e.g., peanut butter cookie flavor or alternatively more flour)
- A few dark chocolate drops
- Optional cookie dough flavor drops
- Ice cream of your choice
- 80g dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Preparation
Wash the white beans well and blend them until creamy. Then mix well with all other ingredients.
Press the mixture into a square form lined with baking paper and press an ice cream of your choice on top. Place in the freezer while melting approximately 80g dark chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Spread the melted chocolate over the ice cream and put in the freezer for about an hour. Then remove from the form, cut, and enjoy.
