Raw Vegan Nut Free Cheesy Avocado Pasta

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1T onion powder
  • 3-4T lemon juice
  • 1T nutritional yeast
  • 1t turmeric
  • 1t oregano
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper to taste

Base

  • zucchini noodles

Preparation

  1. Add everything to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour over zucchini noodles.

  4. Serve sustainably with coconut bowls.
