Raw Vegan Nut-Free Cheesy Avocado Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1T onion powder
  • 3-4T lemon juice
  • 1T nutritional yeast
  • 1t turmeric
  • 1t oregano
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.

  2. Pour the sauce over noodles of your choice. Zucchini noodles are recommended.
