Simple Vegan Mocha Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 110 grams or 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 250 ml or 1 cup water or plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons cacao
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake to a non-stick frying pan or use a pan with some oil.

  3. Flip when bubbles start to form.

  4. Repeat until all batter is used.

  5. Serve warm with coconut yogurt, strawberries, walnuts, and optional chocolate chips.
