Simple Vegan Mocha Pancakes
Ingredients
- 110 grams or 1 cup self-raising flour
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 250 ml or 1 cup water or plant milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons cacao
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake to a non-stick frying pan or use a pan with some oil.
Flip when bubbles start to form.
Repeat until all batter is used.
Serve warm with coconut yogurt, strawberries, walnuts, and optional chocolate chips.
