These Beetroot Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup organic Medjool dates
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil (Naked Coconuts is my fave brand)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Beetroot powder

Preparation

  1. Place cashews and walnuts into a blender/ food processor and mix until you reach a thick flour like consistency

  2. Next add coconut flakes and dates followed by all other ingredients

  3. Continue to mix until you reach desired consistency. If you find them too sticky feel free to add more coconut flakes

  4. Let dough cool in freezer for 20 mins and then roll into golf ball size shapes

  5. I like to sprinkle with sesame seeds for added goodness
