Pumpkin Spice No-Bake Bites
Ingredients
- 2 green tipped bananas
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp cassava flour
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender. Process until smooth
Pour batter into a bowl and freeze for 10-15 minutes or until batter is thick
For rolling: 1/4 cupped nuts, 1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Use a small batter scooper to scoop equally-size bites and roll in the nut/spice mix
Refrigerate leftovers if not consumed immediately
