Cinnamon and Ginger Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of ginger
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- one mashed banana
Toppings
- mango
- berries
- coconut
Preparation
Put everything except the banana in a container, mix around and let it soak overnight.
In the morning, stir in the mashed banana to sweeten and loosen it up.
Top with mango, berries, and coconut.
