Cinnamon and Ginger Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of ginger
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • one mashed banana

Toppings

  • mango
  • berries
  • coconut

Preparation

  1. Put everything except the banana in a container, mix around and let it soak overnight.

  2. In the morning, stir in the mashed banana to sweeten and loosen it up.

  3. Top with mango, berries, and coconut.
