Ginger Oats Breakfast with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- blueberries
- cherries
- mulberries
- nibs
Preparation
Mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup almond milk in a container and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, mash the banana and stir it into the oat mixture.
Serve topped with blueberries, cherries, mulberries, and nibs.
