Ginger Oats Breakfast with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • blueberries
  • cherries
  • mulberries
  • nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup almond milk in a container and place in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning, mash the banana and stir it into the oat mixture.

  3. Serve topped with blueberries, cherries, mulberries, and nibs.
