Creamy Indian Fruit Raita

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh hung curd
  • 1 medium apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (as per taste)
  • Chopped almonds
  • Raisins

Preparation

  1. Whisk fresh hung curd until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes if required and preferred.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  1. Cut the fruits only when you are ready to add them to the raita.

  2. Use seasonal fruits for this raita.
